We've identified the issue and submitted updated apps to the Chrome Web Store and extension store for Microsoft Edge. These updates should be available as approvals complete.

Google Slides is rolling out a UI update for some users that breaks Google Slides poll insert. We are actively working on a patch to support both versions of the UI.

As a workaround, you can try one of the following:
• Create a new browser profile and sign in with your Poll Everywhere-associated email address, or
• Sign in to an alternative Google account and use that to insert your slides
