We've implemented a technical solution to bring the service into an operational state. The underlying service disruption has been resolved with a long-term fix, however, we are continuing to perform analysis to determine the precise set of cases that led this to occur.

We've implemented an immediate remediation, and we're in the process of implementing a long-term fix for the problem. Use of the product should be recovered, but we're continuing work on this incident.
